I just got a contact email from someone trying to spread the word of a Dagon short-film project. The message is pretty straight-forward, so I figure I'll post it, if anyone is interested.

We're currently producing a 30 minute film adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's short cosmic horror story 'Dagon'. Our aim is to write a new little chapter into the Lovecraft mythos with the ultimate goal of taking the film to play at Horror festivals worldwide!
To complete the project we're raising money via kickstarter and would like to reach out to get people excited about what we're doing. With only 7 days to meet our crowdfunding deadline, we need some help from the community now more than ever!

This team probably found us through twitter. I'm pretty poor, so I usually don't donate to kickstarters, but I know this is a great platform for this shit to happen. Did you know that Jim Van Bebber's "Gator Green" kickstarter actually produced a short film? I want to see it.
Haven't read the story, but Dagon was a decent film. Food for thought for any HP Lovecraft fans...
