Britain's TDS problem

This poll is pretty accurate if I think about my immediate social circle. All of my family, bar my youngest who at his age is indifferent, have TDS. In fact my sister has it even worse than me. And her boyfriend. Come to think of it, her dogs probably do too. All of my friends, work colleagues, have varying degrees of TDS severity. And if you go down the pub, it's almost contagious. If someone mentions Trump in the news, it quickly spreads like some horrifying virus. I was at a gathering recently of some parents of my kid's school and it was just like that. Everyone happily conversing about the weather or whatever to begin with, then suddenly someone mentions something that Trump did or said in the news and the mood quickly turns melancholy, bitter, like someone just told you the end of the world is nigh. Or that they have cancer. On planes too - just mention Trump to the person sat next to you and it's like you just told them the plane might crash. I remember being on a flight from Medellin to Miami and the guy next to me couldn't shut up about him. Who knows if he is still alive today, he was so distraught that Trump was President that he probably ended up throwing himself off a bridge. Or ended up in some insane asylum. And that was during his first term back in 2019! Yeah, I am sure it's the same in neighbouring European countries and around the world. They also have a lesser version of TDS in China but fortunately it doesn't affect their lives quite as dramatically as it does here. They're more into just having a light-hearted laugh about the absurdity of Orange Man, shrugging it off and moving on with their daily lives. I envy that. We envy that.

It's funny to read how during Trump's first term, only 38% of Britons had a negative view of him and now, it's more than doubled. I wonder why. All I know is it's an epidemic here, like fucking COVID. In fact, I am pretty sure it's getting towards a pandemic now. My neighbours are Brazilian and they don't like Orange Man either! And don't blame me. And as you will all be well aware, it's now getting so severe that even some MAGA folk are catching it.

If only there were a cure. A vaccine. Something! And Trump, being Trump, is planning on running for a fourth consecutive term in 2028. Like Putin. In fact, Lukashenko has had six! Could Trump last another 10 years?! Is there no end in sight to our suffering. Please, spare a little thought for us.
